Per the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking 20 CFR Section 676.130(c), the State of Michigan is providing an opportunity for public comment on, and input into, the development of the State’s Unified Plan modification concurrent to its submission to the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Education. The plan modification will be posted at the following web-accessible location until 5:00pm on Thursday, October 6, 2016:
